Jolanta is an artist-painter from Nowogard. At the age of 12, she showed symptoms of a progressive disease – muscle atrophy. She quickly lost the ability to use her feet and hands. Her strength and backbone to fight her struggles was her immense passion for art and artistic abilities. Step by step, she learned to paint with her lips. She learned the technique and then developed her own aesthetics. Over time, the pictures she painted began to breathe peace, harmony and joy – characterized by lots of colors.
